Please allow up to 5 business days for your item to ship. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Most of my items are shipped in bubble mail envelopes to cut down on shipping cost. If you are a collector and need the item shipped in a box, please ask me during checkout and i will send you a new higher invoice tp cover the additional weight of the box.
For Pre-Order/Pre-Sale items, we usually receive orders from our distributors within 30-45 days. Please be patient. If an item release is delayed, we will be happy to refund your full payment upon request RIGHT AWAY. We will be printing shipping labels within 24 hours to ensure your item is paid in full including shipping to comply with our distributors requirements. Printing your shipping label within 24 hours on Pre-Order/Pre-Sale items, does not mean your item is on its way the next day you pay. Please keep this in mind.
Most items are shipped via First Class Mail International which provides NO TRACKING and NO INSURANCE. I highly recommend Priority Mail shipping which delivers in 6-12 business days or Express Mail which delivers in 3-6 business days as First Class Mail International is known to take up to 8 weeks. We will cover any misplaced item minus original shipping and handling fees if shipping is done via Priority Mail or Express Mail. If you decide to ship using First Class Mail, i suggest getting insurance. Please ask for insurance quote during checkout.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Any product that is still unopened and in brand new condition with the original packaging and any manuals may be returned to us within 30 calendar days of when you receive it. Once we receive the item and see that it is in new condition, we will refund your original purchase charge minus any shipping and handling fees. Buyer returns the item at his or her own cost.
