Any returned goods must be received by Great Gear Store Limited in their original and resalable condition [and sealed packaging where applicable].
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect delivery please contact us within 48 hours of the receipt of your goods . After which we will discuss the problem with you and resolve the problem.
If you invoke your right to cancel an order no charges will be made if the item is yet to be despatched. If the item has been despatched or already reached the required destination it becomes your responsibility to return the product to Great Gear Store Limited. Shipping costs incurred and originally charged as part of the initial order will not be refunded and the product must be received by Great Gear Store Limited within 28 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.

We will begin an investigation with Royal Mail and you can be rest assured that losses are treated very seriously and investigated thoroughly.
